Soap operas! They're just so awful and cheesy how can you not love them? Create your own soap opera full of romance, betrayal, and maybe a couple untimely deaths. Alternative option: Film a movie about anything, it just must be done in a Soap Opera style.

Description: "Our heroine Brooke is sad that her boyfriend Brad is lost to her forever. Her friend Jessie trys to help her out of her depression. But is Brad really dead? On the next episode of "As Time Flutters By"... This is our first filmfights.com entry where we completed an entire script, sticking pretty close to the soap opera format-- the music, the dramatic zooms, and of course the cheesiness!!! And we only used the Glidecam for the shots, no tripod, and I think the results turned out really well. Unfortunately due to file size constraints we had an awesome commercial in the middle of this that we had to cut out, along with some other dialogue that would have made this around 4:03 minutes. I'll post the link to the entire short with the commercial on the filmfights forums. Thanks to Vanessa, Cate and Nick for acting in this short; hope you enjoy our soap opera entry!"
