"Forest Fight" by TNTProductions - Reviewed on February 1st, 2010

Great work! I loved the titles in this as well. The hit with the thrown gun made me cringe, fantastic work on that as well as the blood on the dudes face!
I felt you had some shots that ran a little long for no other reason than to try to eat the entire 90 seconds. My opinion (and you can tell me to shove it at any point without ticking me off) would be to make the clip only as long as needed. If you have 78 seconds of pure awesome, just end it there!
Again, great work!

"Rough Day at the Office" by Bloch Films - Reviewed on February 1st, 2010

I love your sense of humor! The lighting on the "sumo" is amazing, very sinister. (Tri-force tat? Wicked!!) I like that you went for comedic fight on this one! My only concern here (and it is a very large one I have had on my projects as well) is sound. The slap fighting is cool, but the slap noises are way to subdued.
Great job, keep 'em comin'!

"Fallen Future" by Jalapeño Films - Reviewed on February 1st, 2010

Jalapeno...you guys were not kidding...this is a master piece! As a martial arts instructor, I have to say, your fight choreography was pretty slick. The lighting is spot on and the camera work is pretty damn amazing too!
Love the "wanted" shot with the keyboard to the face and the keys hitting the floor.
While I agree with Justin that the jump kick was cool looking (never use them in reality myself...to easy to get swatted down like a fly...) I was floored by the flip off the table! You seriously took the game to the next level!

"Jones v Croft" by Killer Keller Pictures - Reviewed on February 3rd, 2010

The only part I didn't care for was the boulder at the end. I liked the pacing on this. The "grainy" texture looked pretty cool too!

I liked the suspense of not knowing what he was going to grab out of the truck for a weapon! Nice bullet hits on the truck too! And wicked work on the cracking of the side window...heck, I may farm out my CG work to you guys!

"Scope Out" by Paradox Productions - Reviewed on February 3rd, 2010

I had real issues with this one...not how it was filmed, or even how decent it looks...but a snipershot to the torso that causes that much blood, you don't get up and move around from. :(
Your bales of dope look just like the ones they used to show on Magnum P.I. I love it!
I liked switching from sniperscope to cam view.

i know its unrealistic that he gets up so quickly, but thats one of the things you have to ignore because i needed him to get up quickly to progress the video, Im glad you liked the rest of it!

"To the Death" by EmmerekEntertainment - Reviewed on February 3rd, 2010

I liked your camera angles, they help show dynamics in the story.
I disliked the pace towards the end...it slowed way down, turning your cool fight scene into more of a slow dancing with the hitman kind of deal. Try to keep the action up and fast towards the end. Maybe compressing timeline when editing?
Anyway, it is obvious you put a ton of work into this! Kudos, Emmerek!

This started out really strong, but after the character starts running, it slowly falls apart. Some of the camera agles were really cool, but watch out for the sun when shooting in the "Golden Hours." It makes the camera shot look ugly. Overall, I think it's really cool. Keep it up!

I REALLY like what you guys have put together here! Funny, fast paced, good lighting. My only real gripe is that it is 6 days late in posting. :( Welcome to the jungle guys, good work!
