Ha, I like the intro. Nice filmfights shout out! I like the scissors sound effects in the background. The flying garbage can is really cool. I like the commando shots. I'm not sure if I want to ask how you got some crazy manniquin.

Poor dancing soldiers ... I love how you montaged all this stuff together.

This really is a lot of clips ... impressive amount of shots, especially considering how early you submitted it.

Oh no! Come on space ship! I like the smoke effects.

"In 30 seconds, we'll compact" - ha.

Sweet sweet dog hero!

I think you could have zoomed in your footage to fit in the side screen instead of having the sparkle stuff on the sides. It's kind of distracting.

I thought this was really awesome!!! I do like animation, I think it's neat! Still counts as a "film" in my book! Overall thought this moved very well - the middle perhaps could have had some trimming but overall really impressive stuff!

I give this film a B+

Nice drug effects. Looks like a crazy dissociative! I wish you would have had a bit more leading up to actually having him trip on drugs ... is that supposed to be some kind of pill at the start? He chews it like gum. Don't know what drugs come in gum form! Maybe LSD?

One thing we're missing is ... who is this kid? Why should we care about him? Who are his friends?

Oh man, your audio is really blowing out there - I mean, I get maybe it's supposed to be trippy, but I wish it wasn't blowing out all crazy. I think it needs some kind of other effect to make it more etherial and trippy - maybe change the pitch of the voice, or something like that.

1:55 - okay, I wish this audio would calm down a bit here, getting to be kind of annoying.

I always like to see people take a more dramatic approach to film fights - doesn't happen too often and I appreciate the effort! Felt that we just needed to empthise a bit more with the character - understand who is he, maybe pressures from his parents, where did he get the drugs, etc. Also the technical issue of the voice over audio sounding really bad.

I give this film a C-

This is a lot like Griffin's avacado film! Have you seen that? At 0:37 you audio makes an odd level shift. There was also a film fights video a while ago that was a cool stop motion with a camera like this. I actually think it was at a FF Con.

Appreciate the technical work on this! Haha -- I see you credit Griffin's work at the end! Very nice. Thought this was a fun watch, but not a heavyweight video. Really liked it though!

I give this film a C.

Well, we wanted the montage to be about a "Bad trip" - so don't think this counts. Man, it's really hard to hear your audio in this ... like pretty much impossible for some reason. I think it might be my speakers, oddly enough, I've never had that happen before, hah.

Gonna have to LW this since it doesn't totally fit the fight criteria and wasn't made for Film Fights - sorry! Also, dunno what is going on with the audio but it's kinda crazy.

Ok, so it was made for a science project not FF, but Nekonekofilms submitted their film which wasn't made for FF either (just sayin' :)) We know it's not a conventional trip but we thought that the journey of the main fat dude from fat to fit would be alright because it's not worthwhile (in the end he still wants a burger) So Justin, even if you don't find it in your soul to bump us up to HW (ok, to be honest we weren't expecting it to get in anyway lol) at least we can feel good about the fact we contributed to this fight. We were always going to make this film (which by the way was shot in Sweden, bet that hasn't happened before ;)) and it was only by coincidence there was a related-ish fight happening at the same time, we just thought we could share it with you guys and that you might get a kick out of it! Hope you enjoyed it.

P.S the audio problem was probs a one off glitch or something cos its sounded fine whenever I've watched it on this site so far, but there was one time when I played it back on my PC that it had a similar problem, not sure why.

Poor Johnny!!! He's really excited about eating supper! Love the shot of him screaming. The sound effects while falling down the stairs are hilarious too.

1:15 - Oh my gosh those are a lot of knives! Be careful while you're filming, hah! I don't want to end up in jail!!!

Poor Johnny. Emmerek is such a jerk! At least he's sort of trying to help out.

Liked this (as I like all your films). Was on the fence about HW'ing it though. Would love to hear what the forums think!

Overall I give this film a C+
