You guys need to find a new setting. end affect is kinda overdone.

New setting for a continued story? See...what happens is when a scene ends and the characters move on to a new scene (or setting) then the previous scene (or set, location, setting, etc.) can be, what we refer to as, "wrapped." Until that point the scene continues. We need to show our antagonist and protagonist complete their business and move on to the next conflict and/ or solution.
Agree with you on the end "effect" being overdone. However, we wanted the minion character to get "flushed" away...so the swirl effect was what worked best for our creative endeavors. We debated an explosion, or particulate blast of some sort..but decided the "swirly" effect was reminiscent of getting flushed by high school seniors when you were a freshman. :)

"Voodoo Encounter" by Hell's Cinema - Reviewed on February 21st, 2010

That was great!! I was kinda confused / caught off gaurd with the whole begining, but you nailed the end. It was really creepy too. Very creative imagery.
