The Worst Way To Die
Genre: AnyRules: What would be the world's worst way to die? Would it involve turtle wax, a lampshade, and Andy Dick? You decide! Do your worst!!!
Would like this 30 seconds of my life back please. What a waste of time and energy.
'scuse me? how can you not like this? i mean, i cried at the end!
I really enjoyed the fact that the sounds actually synched to the action. Really liked the noir style. Personally I would've liked the added mystery of never really seeing the hitman's face, but it was only there for a second. Overall, really good job.
I cut out a shot of the hitman walking towards the camera. And if you notice every shot the hitman is in, he is out of focus and the background or foreground is in focus. The only time he is in focus is the last shot, but it only shows half of his face.
Good concept - would've liked to see the sound synch better though. Overall, this would be a cool story to see expounded upon. Nice work!
Great video quality. Loved the toothbrushing scene. I really liked this interpretation of the sound clip. Wouldn't have gotten the "scientist" part without the intro, but overall I don't think it really matters one iota. :-)
Enjoyed the concept a lot, especially the opening scenes. You kind of lost me in the switching of the guns and cat POV. I also didn't care for how close the gun was to the cat - from a video game standpoint, seems you'd shoot as soon as you see the enemy, not keep approaching, even if you weren't in range at first. Still, this is my fave LW. Enjoyed the creativity.
Thanks alot for all your input. Sorry if I confused you guys in any way with the way I chose to do the film. I use Windows Movie Maker for all my videos, so I'm limited to any special effects I can use.
Loved the sound synch and the "toilet flush" effect at the end. If it makes you feel any better, didn't catch the hood issue until reading Justin's review. But he is right. Darn! Enjoyed the credits as part of the film. Nice touch. Amazing job tying in with the other "Reaper" videos!
The shots were great, but the ambiguousness left it dropping off my radar, unfortunately. I liked it better on second viewing, but was rather forgettable first time around. It just needed some story more than just beautiful and interesting shots, I think.
