Animation = Fantastic. I like how clean it is. It's very artistic, and I really like it.
Sound = The sound effects could use some work. More of them, and I get some weird feedback on some of them -- if they're lower quality, think about getting some higher quality samples.
Story = I'm.. not sure what happened. :) How do you think it turned out? Maybe I'm clueless and I'm missing something, but I had a hard time following it.
Very good overall! The editing's a little rough in places, and the dialogue is hard to hear over the background music. There's an annoying hum in a few scenes. I got a good chuckle when you see the "monster" at the end. All in all, not a bad flick!
I dunno why, but the first sequences remind me of a Bruce Campbell film. :) That's a good thing!
The sound is good for the most part.. the wind is kind of annoying, but filming outside you have to deal with that.
The part with the old man kinda drags a bit, but it was funny. I got a couple good laughs. :) I was confused.. the old man says "banana", but sometimes it sounds like "bandana".. it editing could use a little work, but overall I say a great movie. The best part was the guy looking in the shed and getting thrown out. That was cool! :)
Overall, a great attempt! The sound and lighting is a little rough in spots, and I think you still could have cut more out of it without hurting the story. As far as the dialogue/story goes, I'm digging it. I *think* I understand the story -- I'm guessing the two guys are the same person? I thought of Fight Club when I watched it.
Very enjoyable, Cody. Keep up the great work!
Overall, I think this was a solid attempt. I think the story drags in places, and I was a little confused in a couple places, but again -- overall, a nice try. I know you and your friends had fun making this one. I'd seriously think about a better way to do audio -- there were parts where it was hard to hear. Good job overall!!
Very cool setting, and I love the way most of this was edited. If I were doing it, I would have probably cut a bunch because it *is* a tad repetitive. I think the actors are great and talented, and I like the story. Very creative idea.
