Love the opening music - what movie is that from? Or is it original?
Tommy looks a lot like a dude from Clockwork Orange.
The Don actor's grunting is pretty realistic.
Hehe, shooting the tie was a nice little touch. It's hard to get those damn things on in the first place.
I'd like to see some more close ups in the dinner speaking scene, instead of just the same two shots.
Could probably have cut some of that dinner scene, a little redundant at some points.
Chili Jimmy is wassssteeeddd!
How'd that dude get up on the roof? I assume you just faked that he was up there.
Kind of a spy vs spy thing you've got going on here. I like that you can still hear him telling the chilis in the background while the main character is aiming his gun.
Lead actor is pretty good in this one. Keeps his composure, good work. Kind of Leo DiCaprio-ish.
Self-referencial movie jokes kind of work. Always a fine line to walk when using them though.
That's an EPIC looking sky at the end when you drive off. Storms a brewin'.
Cool effect on the opening shot. Is that even an effect? Is that your camera? Man that's weird if that's your camera. Must be an old VHS thing. Did you do all this dialogue recording in post? You must have ... I don't hear any camera noise. If so, GREAT move on your part. Or else maybe you've just got a nice mic.
Ah yeah, second scene, terrible cars noise all over. Maybe just because you were outside.
Lav mics maybe?
Kevlar line could have been delivered a little better.
Try adding in just one flash of white for a gun firing effect. Works better than just having nothing/.
Very confusing, dialogue could use work. Felt like sort of half an idea. Maybe clean the heads on your camcorder? The sound was GREAT for the most part though, so big time kudos on that.
Wonderful audio quality on the shot of the kids running around, sounded great.
I like the simple title coming up on the side.
That squeaky door kind of flubbed that line for you.
Good over the shoulder shot when she's coming into the house.
When you do the flashes, I'd suggest overlaying the widescreen bars so it doesn't bleed over into those, it'd probably be better if the video stayed constrained to the video area.
Girl's a good actress.
Her "do it" line should have been a seperate shot probably. To add a little more emphasis.
I'd suggest using a stock sound effect for the 'locking' - sounded a bit tinny.
Nice, now I understand the kids shot - glad you flash back to that.
I assume this was made for something else. Good flick though, fits in with the criteria well enough.
