Hey, it's copyright music :( --- hah, I like the flying footballs. Why are you using the vingnette effect? It's a bit intense. I know it's like saying "oh this is POV" - but I don't think it's needed. We can see his hands already.
Hah, dude breaking into the car is a nice little sequence. I like the car squealing sound effects. Nice touch of danger. Also good that you're redubbing all these lines instead of just using normal audio.
I wish when people were exploding into blood around him, we'd switch to his POV view and see some blood splatter on the phone or whatever. Maybe he stops, looks annoyed and brushes it off.
The sound effects are a bit loud on this. Some of the explosions made my speakers angry.
Wasn't so sure on this one initially, but I loved how crazy it got! Good work!
Thanks for reviewing our short! I actually wanted a POV shot of blood splattering. Only problem was that the idea popped up after I finished the effects.
Sorry about your speakers haha. I'll keep that in mind next time.
Nice contrast jumping between the music beds. A shame it was copyrighted. Kudos to the guy who did the fall in the street. OW!
Thanks for the feedback! Oh, the fall stopped hurting after the 2nd take :P
haha this is how most people live these days-- walking down the street on their phone/ipod, not noticing the life around them. looks like he could have gotten a date too. good effects. dissapointing ending (or lack thereof)... but, overall, great concept, well done.
Enjoyed the effects, some of the audio that was dubbed over sounded dubbed, but it still worked. Clever concept, could have probably been 20 seconds shorter, but it was still good. Feels like it could almost be an idea for a commercial if condensed more.
Yep, all the walking scenes were dubbed. Didn't want my actors running around screaming on every take. Glad it worked out. I agree, we should have condensed it more.
Thanks for the feedback!
LOVED THIS! The effects were great and I was laughing out loud most the video. I don't even care if I don't win, because this was great.

Really cool. Loved the whole things and the effects were sweet. Don't know if it followed the rules though because the silent character didn't really interact with any of the other ones... Still really awesome
Special effects were pretty good. Don't agree with the main characters music choice though ;-). Good Job guys! And Good luck to you!
Hahah, this was awesome. At first I didn't know if I'd like it, but things escalated and it got really interesting. Some of the sound coulda been a little better and I would've liked it if he actually interacted with a few people, but all in all very entertaining!
Loved it! Almost had a Shaun of the Dead feel to it (reminded me of when Shaun walks to the liquor store and back home without noticing or acknowledging the zombies). As others said, a little more ending would have been sweet, but that aside... Totally diggin it! Good Job!
Got my vote, Great Job! haha Video Copilot is the after effects Guru. Keep it up!
the window break with the car looked so smooth. Howd you do it?
Video Copilot all the way haha! Thanks!!
The window was actually all done by hand. I couldn't get a good track at all. Glad it looked smooth.
Very well done, effects were very good! I just wish the story had a bigger payoff at the end. The pov annoyed me a little with the vignette plus something on the screen of his phone could have given the story more depth. Like 'Be at yours soon to play x box, heaps nice day outside' or something like that.
Seemed like there were a couple people that found the vignetted pov annoying. I was trying to give a tunneled vision look. Guess it was a bit to much. Thanks for the feedback! I'll keep it in mind.
Also have you seen Repo Men, The music you used for the walking is in that movie.... I knew i'd heard it somewhere
LIked the music cutbacks between what he was hearing out and everything behind him and his obliviousness to it all. Would have like for the friend to react to what he just walked through. Very nicely done.
