The VO is awesome. Is this from something else? Crafty. I like that idea. The "film effects" seem very fake and bad. There's also an errant black frame on here - watch your editing. The face smash is cool. I like the "highlight" effect you put on it.

SUMMARY: Cool effects. GREAT VO, sloppy editing at parts, felt short. Film effects were so fake it was distracting. Felt it did a good job of nailing the 'grindhouse' feeling.

VO was top notch...freaky as all hell...The bat shots were cool too...the effects to make it look like a grindhouse trailer was eh..but like the audio...Cool title too.

The grindhouse effect seemed off a bit but the rest was pretty decent. I liked the VO but I thought you could have used some better effects with the people getting hit and what not. And who gets knocked out by getting hit on the ankle... :) The kid should been squirming...mind you the effect would have been tougher...but more beliveable.

Fantastic narrator! Reminds me of Eli Roth's "Thanksgiving." I like the audio popping sound effect, that's really nice. I'm hating the use of the blood spatter in after effects everyone is using. I'd have like to see more use of on-set blood. But I know how tough that is.
