I have to say this was brilliant. It was something totally different, and really played around with the rules of the fight. The narration was spot on as well. Really natural and interesting without sounding contrived.
Thought the music suited it perfectly and loved the shots of him wandering around by himself. Shot at such a wide angle as well, you really do get a sense of this guy being alone, even though we're aware that it's not some 'apocalyptic' type situation.
Not too sure about that last line...it's maybe a joke that went over my head but it felt almost like you backed out at the last second of whatever you were wanting the film to be. But that's just my opinion.
All in all, well done though. Really liked this film

This was good. A tad boring. The narration takes long pauses sometimes and it was a little awkward. Other than that I thought it was great! Some of the shots were great!... wow I think I just turned into Tony the Tiger.

Really like some of the shots, and the narration is fantastic.. Not overdone but had a 'touchy' feel to it. I Didnt quite understand the ending but still fairly humorous and I thought the effect that you used at the latter stages was brilliant!

I liked the quality and the narration really made it enjoyable. The shots were good but visually basic as not many angles but I thought that fitted quite well but would have been nice to see some different views. Overall though I think the narration done it for me and was a really good short film!!

Nice narration and pleasant voice to listen to for a story. I liked the ending - sort of not too serious after all. Would have liked to have seen some variation in the shots with some close ups. Nice job!

The voice-over was spot-on perfect for this film. What creative comic script writing. And you know what TheWocs, It was funny to me too! Loved your film and I'd enjoy seeing more of your work. Good Luck in this Fight!

First off you had some Amazing shots! The time lapse at the end was a nice touch as well. Although the ending punch line went over my head, and the dialogue stalled at times, it was over all a great and entertaining film.

There are some wonderful shots in this film. Kudos for the ending. Mmmm, bacon! I'm going to however disagree with numerous other reviewers and talk about that underscore. Your opening sentence had warmth, emotion, and personality. So did the broken lamp story, and so did your ending. These parts sound like you are speaking from your heart. The other parts felt read to me. It is a well written script, but there is room for more range and emotion in those words. Never the less, you had me at the opening sentence. You get my vote!

Nice depth in the character, but doesn't quite fit in. You made this for the Filmfights?

Splendid! When I suggested this fight I did so under the pretense that people would come up with something truly original. Really, I just wanted to see how many people jumped on the horror bandwagon. You guys stayed away from horror and went with something bit more on the melodramatic side. I like it. Nay! I love it.

The narration is superb and story great. I found myself able to relate to the character even though I've never had a special needs date that went wrong. :)

Great shots. Lot's of wide angles help give the perception of this guy being all alone. Personally, I love the ending. It wasn't too over the top. In fact, it's exactly the kind of ending I would expect from a movie featuring a lead character who's entire life is the sum of numerous mistakes and lack of social skills. I mean, after all that he just wants to find some bacon. Sounds like the kind of ending fitting to the character. Overall? A+
