All too hilarious Jeremy! This is the first one I\'ve watched so far and I found it to be very entertaining. Great actors and stories for each of them. The blaster sound effects came out of nowhere and the alien baby lol! I\'ve been anticipating your submission since I saw the intro (which you took out). Well done!
i thought this one sucked. sopa operas always makes make more sense than this and the actors are a lot better. plus that fat dude was hot.
Good slow zoom. Perfect for that intense look he shoots at Jeremy.
Good lighting on a lot of your shots. They had a heavy contrast which worked well with the seriousness of the story.
I love the interweaving of the stories. This really kept my attention.
Don\'t be afraid to move that camera to keep your actors in frame.
Holy crap when her water broke it REALLY broke. That was hilarious!
Wow-- I love the shot of the guy smirking as Jeremy listens to the guy over the intercom. It was really well done. Cinematic indeed!
HA! The baby was so cute!
I really liked how you kept a serious tone throughout the entire movie and threw them in rediculous situations. Very soap opera-esque.
The only complaint is that the ending was very abrupt. Maybe if it ended with a nice music build, or at least a \"As Time Flutters By\" graphic.
The color looked pretty cool, but a little heavy on the greens. I assume you color corrected. If so, I think it would have been cool to give each story its own color-- it would have helped separate them a little better as well.
Overall-- good sound, lighting, and acting. This has my vote for sure... so far...
Thought it was pretty cool.......I just really didn\'t like this genre
Awesome , I feel that this one was very well done. Multiple stories , over dramatic actors , and exaggeration with close ups all make a soap opera. I think you nailed it right on the head. Good acting. I liked the story and how the conflict between the two guys over the company ownership deal was done best. Keep making stuff!
I liked this one. You shouldn\'t have used the foam when her water broke. Made it seem a little amateurish. It\'s only water.
What the hell? It repeated my review three times. Weird. Okay so complete disreegard anything that was in the first post.
I meant to say this...
WHOO HOO! Great to see FAST films back in action! Yours was byfar my favorite film this week! Just all of the stories and plot lines were perfect. I got many laughs by this. Just everything about it was great!
I had more, but the damn review thing messed up :(
This was a perfect take on the soap genre. I could never watch soap because they made no fuckin\' sense at all to me. They were always so boring and so hard to watch. This was the best satire of the whole soap life action that I saw this week. you get the vote. I love how bear just had to chill out in the back of a few shots. Alasdair and Andrew, right?
As always, your love Kevin Mosley
Definately captured the whole \"soap opera\" feel. And the story lines were mark on a sweeps week show. good job.
Your actors were great- believable, in a soap opera way. They really came through for you here. overall- i loved this.
JEREMY! Dude I laughed so hard whenever the alien came out. Wow that was osm. Good job.
A good entry from FAST, I liked how you divided up the stores into the three separate segments, felt very soap-opera like. I think I liked the \"alien baby\" set the best, especially with the setting and the sounds in the background, it felt like a real invasion.
Are you using any particular kind of filter on your camera or on your editing software? Gave the video a cool look.
Only things I would say is that it was kind of hard to get into the \"hospital\" segment since it was a bedroom, but I think you mentioned that previously. Also I personally didn\'t like when the actor looked at the camera directly and talked about the aliens, kind of broke through the 4th wall for me.
Overall good entry Jeremy!
