Like a bad horror film :) Watch your audio and light levels -- yelling just to yell isn\'t funny, and the dialogue could have been polished a bit. Since you are dealing with a camera microphone that is attached, you either need to do voiceovers or no dialogue or yell really loud. It\'s nitpicky, but dang -- the interaction with the flagpole is just way too long. The ending is weak, but overall a solid attempt, guys. Keep it up!

When I was first watching this (with the opening titles and such) I wondered why this wasn\'t a HW. Shortly after, the audio problems and too exaggerated acting helped me to understand. The shouting as the guys run up the rocks is just one example of what is TOO much. There\'s lighting and sound inconsistencies throughout the movie and sometimes the dialogue and jokes also don\'t fit well. Like the review show pointed out... some of the college humor takes away from the entertainment value of the film to people who don\'t know you. But little things within this movie are funny- the sign with 30 Martians per 2 humans. The speech. The hitting over the head with the bottle (add a breaking class or other sound effect) all these things were universally entertaining. The idea of alien invasion is popular and we\'ve seen it in many movies... this one reminds me a little of Signs, Mars Attacks and Independece Day at it\'s best, and it\'s at it\'s best that I find good points. Mainstream stuff is generally less raunchy and slightly more serious- therefore, you decide who your intended audience is- if you\'re making the films for your group or... your dorm floor... or comedy central... or the world at large, and focus accordingly.

I was initally confused by this film. The smiling through me off though with the acting. lol so dramatic. Wow so sexual lol, it\'s been a while since we\'ve got one of those. I liked it, though there were some quality issues, it was funny and sexual, nice mix.
