Another highly disturbing video. I see that you have 'auto' on for your camera. I don't approve of that. I DO approve of Dustin because Dustin is awesome. And I very much approve of Rex's wonderful voice. I think the timing between the turkey talking and Dustin's replies could be a bit tighter.
I wish the girl wasn't laughing at the end!
I rate this a B! very fun
I knew I should have been louder. I wasn't trying to laugh, I was trying to make sounds of shock, and it just didn't work. I'm telling Dustin we have to make a re-cut.
First of all, I'm so happy to see you two and Rex's voice!
Second, we must be on the same wavelength, because we practically made the same video. Buying turkey. Talking turkey. Puppet turkey. Painful punchline. Are we awesome for making "talking turkey" work literally, or terribly uncreative?
Great story, and everything looks wonderful, except for my couple nit-picky things: Like Justin said, white balance (assuming your camera does) - looked a little yellow. (I actually had a shot in mine I forgot to balance, but you can turn up the blue in editing to help cool the color.) Visually, I like the cut to black to show the passing of time, but the cut in the audio seems jarring to me. (I thought the video ended.) Would be smoother if the music continued? (I don't know.)
Easily the most bizarre and hilarious thing I've seen in a while. Actors were hilarious. Its clear I can't think of any better word to use than "hilarious." Great stuff.
the punching sound effect was great!! and the huge eyes on the turkey at the end were a great touch! this was just so ridiculous.
OMG -- it's The Vendor!!! Dustin please make more videos!! Your facial reactions are always awesome, and it's always good to see the Keokuk Spirit kept going!! Good concept.. nice fisting the turkey... lol... maybe it enjoyed its end a little too much, then again you were a bit rough weren't you? Good idea.
The only thing that really bugged me was the cut to black before you stuffed the turkey. seems like you could have used another transition or cut away to something else. (then again i have no idea what kind of software you guys are using).
Please submit more!!
DUSTI, OMG!!! Dude, I had no idea you were this good at making movies. This was a masterpiece. I had never seen any of your other movies. Over the top acting and a perfect plot for this 30 minifight. Nice to see someone else forcing Rex into a movie this week, too. One thing, your white balance was set for the wrong kinda of light, leaving you movie with a yellowish tint to it. Don't forget to check that. Other than that, this was perfect. I literally laughed my ass off the first time I watched it.
