Mock raps are always appreciated. I really enjoyed this video a lot, what really gets my vote is that you were able to describe the entire process in the time limit. There's not much for me to criticize here, it would've been cool to see some fancy backgrounds in the video like the one you have on the title card. and yea it was sexy.

What can I say. This is classic F.A.S.T with a little bit of Rex.

I wish it would have been a battle rap with you and Rex arguing on how to make the turkey, that would have been rad. It was still awesome though.

I could hear the auto tune when Jeremy was rapping but not so much on Rex. You should have had Rex do a singing bridge he would have nailed it!

Super cool guys!

This video is not only awesome, but has a lot of useful information. You guys are certainly white ... your rhythm is way off, but that's part of the charm. White like the meat. I LOVE the poster frame, haha. So epic. The autotuning is pretty classic, who did that?

Overall I give this a B!!! Entertaining watch for sure. We got double the Rex this fight! So awesome!

I did the auto tuning. Unfortunately I am not that great at it, and it threw out timing out of sync. I think I just need the right program to make it work good. I used garage band.

The last line that you frickin fit in there .... 20 minutes per pound and then serve.. yeah. Dude this was solid. Good idea. (you're all about the music vids aren't you??) Nice to see Rex in another video, and with Dustin submitting, it's like Revolution Films was here in spirit.

I liked the music and your use of effects/mixing on it as well -- it showed effort.

Jeremy.. one thing that really IRKS me out -- QUIT BEING LATE!!! MEET A DEADLINE!!! SERIOUSLY!!

Awesome video, Jeremy. It looks like lots of effort went in, and it paid off. Great lyrics and cutaways. Perfect idea for a 30-second fight.

OK, this one was mine, so I can't really review it. I will say some things that turned out good and bad.

First off, this is a legit turkey recipe I used from howtocookathanksgivingturkey.com. My intentions were to make a 30sec rap recipe that you could actually follow (having to pause to take notes, as stated int he song) to use to cook a turkey. I actually cooked the turkey you saw in the movie to these specifications. After using these instructions and reading further into the subject, I decided this was NOT the recipe to use for this song. It required more steps than most recipes, hence being harder to fit into 30 seconds, and it used controversial cooking temps, asking you to reduce to 250º, when 325º is lowest recommended for safety purposes. Also, it took about an hour longer than the "20 more minutes per pound" recommended in the recipe.

OK, the rap. I think I did a pretty creative job of fitting this long recipe into a 30 second rap. It was a very full song, to say the least. Again, probably should have picked a shorter recipe. As Justin said, the timing was off. This was due mostly to the auto tuning. It was in time, until I ran the filters on it. I tried over and over, but finally settled getting as close as it was. I wish I would have written Rex a couple more lines, because I had more fun watching his parts.

The video turned out OK. Originally I was going to try to use more locations and a variety of costumes. In the end, I felt like that might have been confusing, considering we were supposed to be actually cooking this turkey. Another obstacle was that I cooked the turkey over a week after I shot the rest of the video. Would have been nice to have it there with Rex's parts. There we a couple of shots with "FAST FILMZ N REX" on the fridge, but I cut out (because of a less preferable "costume" I was wearing) a few shots with "BIG J AND REXY". I would have rather had the latter make the final cut. In hindsight, we should have definitely used supplemental lighting in most of the kitchen shots, too.

Overall I was pretty happy with this movie, but I wish I would have used a better turkey recipe and that the actual rap part was more in-time and coherent.
