Got some real nice looking shots in there, nicer if they were brighter, but you mentoined that and I can totally relate. I got some shots I wished were a bit brighter. Pacing felt a little slow, But the last part, from the pictures to the end I felt was done really well.

Lighting is way to dark! I like the cigarette falling. Cool pivot shot. Man a lot of these shots look cool but are really hard to see. This song is getting really redundant. I know what the pictures were supposed to be about from the synopsis, but it would be cool if we could see some closeups of them. Overall it was pretty good. Nice and dark feel to it. It didn\'t have a \"noir\" feel to it really. It would have been nice to have the typical noir voice overs- that might have helped. Remember when lighting for night-- Dont just make it really dark. It usually washes out a lot of the detail. Try to have a strong backlight and some other softer key light on the subject to provide some contrast.

The opening shots are a little long, seems almot too \'Music Video\' ish ... kind of long pointless shots to just match along with the soundtrack. It\'d be nice if you would have touched up the levels a little bit so the bright areas popped a little more instead of having it all very bland.

The driving shot looks great though.

This could have been cut down A LOT and been a much better movie. Some parts are just complete blackness. There\'s a lot of good shots within it, but a lot of long dragging shots between those.

i liked the head in the box.
but DAMNNNN
the pacing of this film was sooooo slow. You could have done this whole thing in 2 minutes, and made a better film.
the ending was a little weird looking. well, at least it had a story line.

Some very good ground-like tracking shots rotating around the main character. Also enjoyed the scenes in the car with the lights passing by. The look of the film was more of a dark brown than black and white, which can easily be fixed using appropriate filters on your editing software. However, main problem was that the lighting was just not good enough to see a lot of the shots of what\'s going on. Liked the music.

It was hard to see the short. It looked like only existing light was used. It also had a sepia tone to it. Not crisp black and white. Jsut dirty brown. The music was slow and mellow. I really felt lost throught most of the short. The editing and shots for the most part were right on.

As always, your love Kevin Mosley

i think you took a ver y good aproach to this category. nice choice of angles. quite a contrast to last weaks anti smoking campaign. that dude always had a cigarette. the low light levels got a little annoying, but other than that, i give it a thumbs up.

I like the opener. The gunshot/cigarette capture my interest. Some of these following shots, though, are dark. Not film-noir dark, but not enough lighting dark. I like the effects with the streetlights through the car windshield. You succeed in creating a mood (music works well), but overall, this is a very slow-moving piece. You could probably edit this down some and not lose anything. I like how the ending wraps back to the beginning.

This movie was pretty good - but some scenes were carried out way past their prime. I followed the story pretty well. I liked how the begining and end tied into each other.

Overall pretty good job with a tough subject.
