Love the audio change on the FF intro, ha. Summon minion.
GREAT EFFING LOCATION!!! That really makes this shine. Audio isn't great. Your color correction is all over the place. Love the fast moving 'twilight' kind of blur effect. Great shot with the growling dog man thing. I am so super into this 'continuing story arc thing you guys are doing - it's one of the coolest things I've seen done on the site EVER. So smart.
Don't like the delivery of the line "You can't escape death."
"To be continued" graphic goes to ofast in the corner.
What made this a HW for me was the location, but far. I like your costuming and extra work adding in the bloog a lot as well. Many good touches on here, but felt that the audio and color correction needed a lot of work. I wish there wwere more cool shot of the location - exterior stuff - seems like you had some fun playing around with it, but could have gone a lot deeper with it.
Overall I give this film a B-
The fighting scene was nice but i think some sound effects where a bit out of place.
I really like the most of your framing and shot selection, editing is also pretty good. (Who the hell is that guy?!) I liked how you cut between the fight and "the bitch" being chased.
Very cool location, what was it? And how did you manage to shoot there? I appreciate how you shot the fight but I don't really like the choreography itself. Mind your color correction! I love how the guy keeps getting attacked in mid-sentence.
How long will you guys keep doing the series?
Overall, a well made and entertaining short film.
This was a storage warehouse. Used to be a meat packing plant in the 1940's. We walked in and asked if they would let us film there on the weekend. People are pretty cool about that sort of thing here. Same way we got the store location for "you're so going to hell."
we will keep doing the series until people get sick of it, i guess. :)
Ha-ha! Yeah, now I see how this continues... That brings a bit extra enjoyment because you sense that a brain is ticking well here.
Exactly as your last entry this has a moment that I think is optimal -as the escaping woman is on her way down with the elevator she screams perfectly. Love that.
The second half repeats the trick that the hero is surprised -sort of another genre comparing to how I understood the beginning and therefore him being selectively deaf is a bit of a problem here for me.
I have to agree with others on here that I really liked the location you chose and they way you used it. It really adds to the creepiness of the guy hunting down the girl. I also thought the blood splatter was a nice touch.
