Well, we wanted the montage to be about a "Bad trip" - so don't think this counts. Man, it's really hard to hear your audio in this ... like pretty much impossible for some reason. I think it might be my speakers, oddly enough, I've never had that happen before, hah.
Gonna have to LW this since it doesn't totally fit the fight criteria and wasn't made for Film Fights - sorry! Also, dunno what is going on with the audio but it's kinda crazy.
Ok, so it was made for a science project not FF, but Nekonekofilms submitted their film which wasn't made for FF either (just sayin' :)) We know it's not a conventional trip but we thought that the journey of the main fat dude from fat to fit would be alright because it's not worthwhile (in the end he still wants a burger) So Justin, even if you don't find it in your soul to bump us up to HW (ok, to be honest we weren't expecting it to get in anyway lol) at least we can feel good about the fact we contributed to this fight. We were always going to make this film (which by the way was shot in Sweden, bet that hasn't happened before ;)) and it was only by coincidence there was a related-ish fight happening at the same time, we just thought we could share it with you guys and that you might get a kick out of it! Hope you enjoyed it.
P.S the audio problem was probs a one off glitch or something cos its sounded fine whenever I've watched it on this site so far, but there was one time when I played it back on my PC that it had a similar problem, not sure why.
I thought this was really good, great jokes and some nice shots, shame it wasnt really a bad "trip", otherwise excellent.
Matt
well it wasn't really about a bad trip... but please tell me what the song was? i like it haha!
Its the Rockey theme!!

i dont know if it has any other name thought
The first song was It's Oh So Quiet on Read-Interpreting Bjork, its on the soundtrack for '91 words for snow', which by the way is awsome
"But that doesn't matter right now!" haha, nothing beats watching fat people fall over!
The information section was funny but went on for a bit too long, the major problem of this fight is length - you could have cut the first 2 minutes before the montage down to one minute or even 45 seconds while being funny.
Training montage, classic! A little cliched, but this is what montages are all about! Looks like this was fun to make, you guys did a great job. You've got a great sense of humour... I laughed at "whoa, I'm fit!" and "...stop looking at me!" Are you guys from the UK? There aren't many of us on Film Fights, that's cool!
The lighting was a bit crappy but that's not your fault, it's hard to get good lighting on an overcast, snowy day. You could definitely do with improving your sound though, I can hear the whirr of the tape mechanism on your camera - a shotgun mic is a great investment and they're only about £50-£70 for a decent one.
Anyway, this fight was funny but definitely too long - you don't have to fill up the whole 3:30 time limit! You guys have got great potential.
I liked the humor in this, nice physical humor and a nod back to Monty Python, stooges, as well as the airplane series. "Run fatty, run!"
Airplane! It reminds you of Airplane!!! That's one of the best compliments we've had! Thanks so much! :D
