We\'re back in the 80\'s!!!
The chase scene was totally unexpected... and completely awesome. Call me crazy but the mix of toys and shots of the hero in the truck were really well made; the editing made all the action understandable and fun. The end shooting and the cereal bowl scene last too long, but everything in between is delightful.
A bit long, felt myself wandering at times, but good action moves, as well as some interesting camera shots.
this one was a little strange. an obvious LW. it seemed rushed and lacked any kind of serious focus. the audio was HORRIBLY put together, you have to cut the fizz out, and fill in the empty noise. you\'re obviously new, keep practicing.
haven\'t heard yngwie in a while. Great car chase scene- good use of props to overcome budget. Ran the machine gun gag sequence far tooo long, would have made this 3 minutes, not 6. loved the bad dubs, obviously done on purpose. shot composition was good, but story lacked, even if it gave viewer a few chuckles. overall i give it a 6/10.
Some of the beginning shots were clever. Good angles on the driver to conceal he isnt driving. It seems as though a lot of the movie was at least planned out a bit, buT It is moving VERY slowly. Especially the gunfight. Overall, you had some good shots. but the majority of this movie could have been edited for time. Fairly good overall.
ok, i aadmit i CRACKED UP at the toy cars part. its funny, i was just thinking about using a toy car for a movie explosion like an hour ago. the voice over for the main character was pretty funny, too. i didnt know if you meant it to be or if you originally just had bad audio, but either way, it worked. i couldnt really understand what was going on in the shoot out. were they supposed to be cuts from different times or was he fighting his twin? anyway, it had alot of funny parts, but the shootout and the cereal part could have been trimmed quite a bit. oh yeah, the music was really funny.
i bet your neighbors were like wtf?! hahaha.
It was silly, VERY SILLY in deed. Using Brucey was a good idea for saving Caso Chease Caso. Especialy Adam.
I thought the intro was humorous, the car segement was pretty good. But after that., wow. gunshooting in the front yard went on a little too long. Just felt like there wasn\'t much story just rolling around in grass shooting. Which being that its supposed to be an action movie sequel might fit. Over use on the cross dissovle also.
I never knew that eating breakfast could be so fucking intense! WOAH MAN! It\'s so silly (lisp). Haha I just love how intense everything is except the plot it. Awesome animation and exploisions! Just ads on to the intensity! I loved the voice overs and all of the audio was great. I really liked this although the gun shots did go on a bit too long, it was really great.
Nice \'tough-guy\' - love the tattoo and the sunglasses. Great 80s rocking as well. The little montage shots could have been cut a bit quicker. You really only need a couple frames to get the point across, and it\'s cooler when it\'s fast.
Banana sauce?! What the hell is that.
Looks like an auto-title generator for the title - I\'d suggest shying away from those.
Silly the Kid looks like a real badass! Nice style on the drawring.
Hahah, brilliant stop motion, I love that kind of stuff. You should have tried to keep the muzzle out of frame most of the time so you can get away with not having any actual muzzle flash effects.
I would have liked to see some explosion stock footage of things blowing up while he was shooting at things. Maybe use that explosion all over the place on random items. Everything\'s exploding!
Gun shooting sequence is funny, but too long.
Bruce Willis gets tough - on breakfast! I liked the drawing of the Silly the Kid. And interesting choice on the Yngwie Malmstein music, 80\'s metal rules! Toy cars were funny. Main thing you need to work on is the editing of your shots closer together to make it feel a little less dragged out. The shots of crawling in the grass and the endless shooting shots in the middle are kind of redudant.
I\'ll tell you what, the first time I watched this, I had to stop after the first minute. Like most of the modern film audience, I have a really low attention span, and for him to still be enjoying breakfast after the first whole minute is just overkill. I\'m glad though that I took the time to re-watch your video, if solely for the car chase scene. That is the video gem that is hidden in the otherwise far too long, and (I\'m sorry) far too silly video you have here. My advice to you is to try to tighten your future videos up. This story could have been told in half the time. It\'s obvious that you have a grasp on editing, and I think if you write something with more cohesion between scenes, and more of the creative genius that you employed with the car chase, we can expect some really competitive stuff from you in the future. Just keep up the film fighting!
